- RRRoseOct 17, 20252.0I took my dog in for a nail trim, of which she had been receiving monthly for 3 years from a different salon with zero complaints. The front desk lady was very kind. However, the groomer that attempted to trim my dog's nails, came out and in an extremely rude manner, told me that my dog would need to have her nails trimmed by a vet from now on because "did you see how many times she tried to bite me?" as if trying to shame me. I explained before leaving that she had never had issues before and apologized. Only to be told again that she would need to have them trimmed by a vet. After getting home with my dog, I saw that 3 of 4 paws were trimmed. The one that wasn't trimmed, that I assume was when she started to bite, was a leg she had injured a week prior, that I incorrectly thought had healed. So, yes, a dog that is having an injured leg moved around to make it hurt more, will try to bite. Yes, it was my mistake for not realizing the injury. But my complaint is: BEFORE you assume a dog is aggressive and shame the owner out the door...maybe try being a little bit compassionate and ask about the dog's behavior history, or if the dog been injured lately. Instead of automatically diagnosing a dog you've known for 3 minutes as aggressive.

They gave him a bad haircut and I had to rush him to the vet for emergency care because of the injuries they caused. It’s unacceptable how careless and unprofessional they were with my pet. This is not just about appearance — it’s about the wellbeing of a living being. I hope they take responsibility and improve their treatment of animals, but I will never take my dog there again. ⭐☆☆☆☆ Pésima experiencia – No recomiendo este lugar Llevé a mi perro a esta peluquería y lo lastimaron gravemente. Le hicieron un mal corte y tuve que llevarlo de emergencia al veterinario por las heridas que le causaron. Me parece inaceptable el poco cuidado y profesionalismo con el que trataron a mi mascota. No se trata solo de estética, se trata del bienestar de un ser vivo. Ojalá tomen responsabilidad y mejoren su trato hacia los animales, pero en mi caso, jamás volvería a llevarlo

I wouldn't dream of taking him anywhere else for these services. They've taught me so much about his grooming needs and have taken such incredible care of him. Very much appreciated.
