At checkout they gave me two leashes that did not belong to me, they did not follow the instructions I gave for my animals, they did not use the bedding items we gave them for our dogs so we dont know what they slept on, as well as they use an air horn on the animals there.

They take excellent care of her while she is there! They are always so helpful and accommodating Goldie’s needs! It’s the only boarding that we use!
