  Very thorough, did not have to wait long. Can very often get an appointment next day. I like my local vet but not always available. Will be returning.

  North Madison Animal Hospital has taken great care of our pets throughout the years. I love that they remember our dogs and treat them like part of their family.

  They are amazing they got me in both times i needed to immediately that day they are very compassionate i will be using them for my veterinarians office from now on! My first visit my cat had been throwing up here and there for a week but the morning i called them i could tell she was dying and i was devastated as soon as we got there i thought my aloe had passed in my arms but they immediately grabbed her and took her back they informed me she was actively dying & did i want to go ahead and put her down i said yes, my youngest daughter was with ne they did her paw prints and let me and my daughter spend as much time with her in the room never once rushed us out so other ppl could get that room. The 2nd time was this past Monday i wanted to get my healthy cat in ASAP so nothing happened to her i called them at 7:05 Am and they said i could come at 9am they remembered us from the month before wete still so caring and compassionate. They also sent us a card all of them hand signed it after my Aloe baby died. Thanks to them i can hopefully keep my Nala healthy.

  in 10 days my lepord gecko has Recovered so well due to medication from them! Huge thanks to the Exotic vet! She has saved my Baby's life! And the price was amazing! So much cheaper then I expected!
