I would leave a 1 (or a 0 if it were available) but I know 1 star reviews are easier to be removed by the company. If you are asked to sign up for their Vital Care Premier Membership, the associates aren't trained on the terms. They will tell you it can be canceled at anytime (just so you'll sign up bc they care more about $119.88 than they do about the customer). It cannot be canceled at any time. It is a year long membership commitment. Yes, I did sign the terms BUT I POINT-BLANK ASKED THE ASSOICIATE BEFORE SIGNING IF IT COULD BE CANCELED AT ANYTIME AND WAS TOLD YES. Their customer service is no help and stands behind their associates misinforming the customer just to make a buck. I will pay my remaining 10 months but I will stick with Chewy from here on out.

So my lady and I inherited a small fish tank and decided to get it setup for a some fish. Drove 35 min to this store and we're enjoying ourselves at first. Found a couple that we like and ask for help. Lady says no problem I'll help you out. Then we ask her for the couple fish we would like and then she explains that our tank is too small for multiple fish even though it was the same size as the tanks they use in store. Then as this is happening my lady and I started getting turned off to making any sort of purchase at this store. Next she says I'm one of the qualified people and need to ask you questions and then felt like we were being interrogated about buying a couple small fish for our tank. At this point we decided just to leave because it seems like she didn't want to help and would rather push us away from buying fish at all. This really hurt our feelings especially because my lady is a clown fish and I'm a grouper. Like who do u think you are some kind or shark or predator fish bullying us less aggressive fish into not getting the food we need. Like what is this alpha fish vs beta fish or sum shit. Anyways thats why I don't go shopping with puffer fish tryna poke me in the right direction jah feel. Hallelujah!!
