They literally do exactly what they tell you not to do . And every-time we got a fish there it died within 12 hours if even that, but we have gotten fish from other places that are handled the exact same they have been fine. This place is a joke, they do not care about their animals nor customers they have no idea of what customer service is.

My friend had to pick her little Yorkie up at the emergency vet hospital this weekend! When she got there the poor baby was soaking wet, shaking uncontrollably and bleeding from having his nail ripped completely off. To add insult to injury the petco manager was rude to her and tried to charge her 95$ for brutalizing her baby! My friend is such a sweet soul.i promise you I would have ended up in jail!! This will not go unreported.
