It’s always nice when someone clearly cares about customer service. Casper definitely made the visit a lot smoother and more pleasant. I’d come back just because of that kind of service.

So today I thought I would test them out. I buy around 200 crickets a week from PetSmart. They begged me to give them a shot for price comparison. So today was the day. I did an online order for 100 large crickets and a couple other things. The bag that got delivered by the DoorDash driver had a laughable maybe 50 crickets in it. I try not to judge harshly after 1 attempt but I was charged for 100 and got 50 at best. I have never had this issue with PetSmart whether it be an online order or in person. If anything I feel like because I am such a frequent buyer I sometimes end up with more and sometimes a little less but never have I paid for 100 and got half of what I paid for. Disappointed in myself for even placing the order. We live and learn. Thanks for charging me 2x the price for 50 crickets.
