  Either carry the proper medications to treat the expensive marine and fresh water fish you sell or get out of the business. This store appears to be exiting the fish business and you know you haven't been able to get it right for over 5 yrs so finish and be done. You certainly won't be seeing me again.

  The grooming staff is fantastic. They always do a great job and treat my dog so well. Darius especially is super good!

  I loved coming in here to purchase my pets food but, unfortunately I’ll take my business elsewhere. I come every week to stock up on my 4 dogs food. Last time I came inventory had arrived and I noticed the food I buy all the time was out of stock but it was in the bottom of the pallet of the new inventory that came in. I asked the employee if I could grab it and they nicely said sure. They helped me out and were very nice and sweet of them to take the effort to grab it from the bottom of the pallet. Today I went back in again and the inventory was out of stock. Again I browse and noticed it’s in the new inventory pallet and I asked these two ladies who were just doing an easy job putting up signs and prices on a rack. I asked them if I could grab the two bags of food that was in that pallet and they said no. I told them last time the other employees had no problem selling me the ones that were inside the pallet. They continued with lo because it will mess up their inventory list. Ok whatever they just didn’t feel like doing an extra step to show customer service. Unlike the sweet gentleman and another young girl from last time had no issue and they were pulling heavy bags of food just to get to the bottom where the brand that I wanted was located in the pallet. I’ve worked in retail store before and it was no issue selling customer was they wanted from a pallet. It’s part of their job to sell and do a great customer service. Oh yea I asked the lady if they knew when they would put it on shelf she said she didn’t know another later time that day. Ok I’ll simply take my business elsewhere. Thanks

  Overall everything was pretty good and the people are friendly I just had one issue when I went to pick my baby up from the grooming salon yesterday one of the groomers a girl with dark brown hair pulled back into a short to medium length ponytail proceeded to ignore me while talking with another customer about the snow that was coming this weekend, that was very rude and bad customer service.
