Gwen gave me advice with the pros and cons of different kits. Gwen then recommended a kit to me and helped me get a price match using Petco.com. I got home and used it and it worked great just as Gwen said it would. Gwen went above and beyond to help me. In a world where customer service has gone downhill Gwen stands out!!!!!
