  Warning for New Fish Keepers – Do Not Follow Advice from Noelle We recently visited the store to return some fish that had passed away. We brought in our tank water for testing, and Noelle tested it and dramatically told us that our pH of 6.0 was killing the fish. She instructed us to go to the nearby Kroger, buy spring water, and perform a 5-gallon water change using just the untreated spring water—specifically telling us not to treat or condition it.As complete beginners, we trusted her expertise and followed the instructions exactly. Overnight, nearly half of our fish died. Please learn from our mistake: Do not take fish-keeping advice from Noelle. A low pH can stress fish, but the sudden large water change with untreated spring water likely caused severe parameter shock that killed them. Thanks Noelleo

  We were in there trying to decide which fish we wanted when this very rude and nasty lady came over named Noel, she said have you made up your mind? We close in 10 mins like we can’t read time. My husband told her what fish we wanted and she frustrated was being very ugly shaking the fish bag aggressively, then he noticed he wanted some plants and she came over and said oh you’re getting plants to? He said yeah, she said well I’m going to write this down and that’s it because I have to close everything down. She doesn’t need to be there. She asks 77 questions every time about the tanks and things. I do not appreciate her at all. She was very rude and no customer service skills.

  The grooming is awesome! They are timely and get our dog smelling great in no time at all. Very satisfied with their service. Don’t love the parking situation. They do sometimes take a while to be available to get your dog but they are always doing a good job.

  Vetco clinic.... very disappointed in this service. I brought in two dogs both of their record forms that I received back from them are completely wrong. Wrong breed, wrong color, birth date was totally wrong and even my address was printed wrong on the form. Given a 3-year vaccine for two adult dogs but form states expires in one year. I tried for 2 days prior to appointment to get a price on the rabies shot which was all I was there for and couldn't get past a computer telling me to go to website. Finally got a answer on price after they were given...$45 each just for the rabies shot. I was supposed to receive a 20% off coupon for first-time visit in my email never received it. A free complimentary exam per dog was advertised but not actually done... it only included listening to his heartbeat and running her hand down his fur. Very sad service from a reputable company 😞
