    Positive: my dog looked great when i pucked him up. Negative: My grooming bill ballooned out of control to $99 - for 1 dog! $60 was quoted on the website to make the reservation + a $6 "materials" fee (really?!). When I arrived at the store, the groomer tacked on another $15 to the estimate bc my Cavalier King Charles Spaniel was very "hairy" and would need special attention. I should have walked away at that point, but I didn't. Later, when i arrived to pick him up, i found out they tacked on ANOTHER $10 bc Max was REALLY hairy, and it supposedly took 4 ppl to get him cleaned! Also, I was told that they took away my ability to schedule grooming services on the website because it would take more time than they allow to do what needs to be done. It's okay. I will NOT be going back!

    Our groomer did a great job with our puppy Knox. He is still a puppy and a big old boy. Since he is mostly a hound, he is active, vocal and big. She did great with him.
