  Sold me a sick fish, I called when I realized it was sick (which was 30 minutes after purchase) and they refused to do anything for me. The store manager had a bad attitude and told me next time I need to look at a fish better before I buy it. That being said, the fish was on the bottom level and the water was dirty. The associate bagged the fish while I was looking for aquarium equipment in another isle. She then put the fish in a white plastic bag with my other purchases where I could not see the fish. I noticed the fish when I pulled it out of the bag to check on it and I called immediately. After not getting help at the store level, I called customer service and they promised to get back with me within 24 hours and they did not. I have shopped at my local Petco without any issues, but this particular store was a horrible experience, especially when I drove 90 minutes to this store to get this particular type of fish and it was $149.99. I will not be back to this store and wouldn't recommend the location to anyone else.

  I tried to call several times and couldn't get an answer in the grooming department or at the front counter so, I drove down there and nobody was in the grooming department. They were closed due the an issue. It would have been nice if the front counter would have answered the phone. Oh well, I took my dog to You Heavenly Dog in Fairview. They're open 7 days and they did a great job.

  Best thing I ever did was buy some snails for my tank.. Game changer.. think I need a bigger tank now..

  There staff is very rude and let me say this it’s really just a young kid Alexander we were looking at geckos and he comes threw with a buggy slams into us never says nothing he could had went around but decided he wanted to be a jerk shame on Petco for employing people like this and if the manager wants to see its real look at the cameras it was 3/15/2026 at 11:27am I would probably terminate him immediately we won’t be shopppng here and will be posting this to every platform
