  Took my 5 month Husky for a bath and get his nails done... when I pick him up was bleeding from his paw and since then he haven heal. Plus after couple days a notice an abscess i thing they hurt him from brushing... first and last time I took my dogs to this place for grooming.. Plus the nails were done horrible I could do it better.. I thought since is a grooming service people there are professional... worse experience ever. Hope nobody has same experience than me.

  Went here today and made a stop to look at the bettas, many many of the fish were in absolutely poor conditions. Fish upside down, floating sideways and cups that were quite literally brown. Felt bad so I picked up a sick floating female to try to revive in my hospital tank and as I have other times before I asked for a discount on the fish with no return policy since the fish was sick. I have done this many other times and it not been a problem. Today the GM Jewel stated that she couldn’t sell me a fish and it would go into the back in a black bag for disposal. That, “someone would pick it up.” I assume the garbage man, This was absolutely disgusting and inhumane. Before all of this there was a woman with 2 small children looking to buy fish for there outdoor pond, Jewel stated that she would not and could not sell them fish unless they brought the water up to the store for them to test before purchase. This is a lie and she is just lazy and rude. The return policy states to bring water back, not before purchase. I have bought hundreds of fish and other products from here but I will no more. They are the only retailers that have my fish food so unfortunately I will still have to get it from them but other then that they will not receive my business on anything other from here on out. Do better, would give 1 star but its easily removed.

  Had a great experince, our dog was very well taken care of! Our groomer, spike, was very professional and knowledgeable, he took such great care of our dog who is blind so she's always alert and startled easy, but she was calm, in great hands and couldn't have been happier after her care!
