I booked an appt online and got a call the next day telling me they cancelled my appt because they were closed that day. I rebooked online for the following day (when they were open). I received a phone call the morning of my appointment informing me that they had cancelled my appointment AGAIN. The doctor they assigned me (both times) didn’t work there anymore and hadn’t for a while, something they failed to mention the first time they cancelled. They also curtly let me know that they were now fully booked. I called to reschedule and ask about being a drop in, I was told it would be $91 for the drop in visit, not the advertised $25. Not once did they apologize or attempt to correct the issue. Instead they wanted to charge me nearly 3x’s more because of their inability to schedule an appointment. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.
