I believe they truly care about animals. They listen to your concerns and don’t just push treatments or meds. They let you have input on the corse of treatment for your animal. Having dogs & cats my whole life and coming from California where money comes first before your pets health, I love their somewhat “old school” approach that is tried and true. They are kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They are also very reasonably priced. The staff and doctors are amazing.

They are very good veterinarians. The staff is wonderful too always nice always smiling and they’re always good about trying to get you worked in when your dog needs to see them and I really appreciate it so I highly recommend them for anyone that’s has a pet you would like to take to the vet. I would highly recommend you take them here,

Everyone was a very helpful, important part to getting our grand-dog on the road to recovery during his emergency. Diagnosis was quick, a recovery plan made, advanced knowledge of new medicines and treatment implemented. Prices very reasonable. They care alot about their patients, as well as the owners.

Dr. Pruitt helped us through the process of having to let go of one of our cats with great compassion and understanding. She always provides excellent care for the rest of our cats and we will continue to use this clinic for all of our pets needs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Could not be more pleased with the care and attention our family receives

We have been bringing our pets here for many years. I love and appreciate Dr. Pruitt for all she’s done with my pets. I also really like Dr. Meyers when we see him. I also love some of the vet techs as well. The woman with pink hair (unsure if she still works here as I haven’t seen her) and Chasity. However, there is one Dr. that I have not had good experiences with. I fully acknowledge that everyone can make mistakes and have bad days, but it’s been an unpleasant experience with this Dr. more than a handful of times. This past Tuesday I brought my cat in with several concerns, he was not in the room but less than 10 minutes. Hardly examined him. The first thing he says is “his mouth is a mess!”. Gave him antibiotics and breathalyser to help with the infection, and sends us on our way. Says he wants to see us again in 10 days. I called 2 days later and spoke with Dr. Pruitt who we have seen before, and she already did more research over the phone than the other doctor did in person. I brought him in later that afternoon, she did bloodwork, had that expedited, and examined him much further. Unfortunately, due to my fur babies condition, he had to cross the rainbow bridge. In turn, I wasted money on the first visit without a diagnosis and was met with a rude tone just to come back and have to make the hardest decision, and spend more money. It’s not about the money or time, but the principle. This is not the first time this Dr. has done this. When my fur baby first had issues, the Dr. did not tell me a diagnosis or a cause of the issue. Took one tooth out. I came back less than 6 months later, saw Dr. Pruitt, and she gave me a diagnosis and had to take all of his teeth out. I completely understand this is not an easy profession. I don’t expect it to be. What I cannot understand is treating patients and their owners this way. Not only having to make multiple trips to have the issue actually resolved and spend more money, but the fur baby suffers so much more in the end. We have considered switching vet offices after this recent incident last week. We love Dr. Pruitt, but I cannot deal with the other doctor again knowing this could happen with any of my other fur babies.
