These guys are seriously the best. They take great pride in their work and their number one goal is to make sure my cats are safe and happy and that they have the smoothest experience possible! This is THE vet I would recommend to anyone!

I am extremely upset with the care my dog received at Maury County Animal Hospital.
I brought my dog in for coughing and concern that something was lodged internally. They only performed one abdominal X-ray and sent us home with medication for vomiting. No chest X-rays were done, despite coughing being his main symptom.
My dog became significantly worse after this visit. I took him to my regular veterinarian, where chest X-rays were immediately done and he was diagnosed with aspiration pneumonia. He was barely breathing and is now hospitalized for at least a week. At this point, he may or may not survive.
This was a critical misdiagnosis. Had proper imaging been done initially, my dog may not be fighting for his life right now. This has been emotionally devastating and financially overwhelming.
I strongly urge anyone bringing in a coughing or breathing animal to ask questions and advocate aggressively. I would not wish this experience on anyone.

Nice staff, but not fair. We had an appointment for 3pm, but we waited for over an hour to be called. They called someone who came way after us and had no appointment (and she did not have an emergency situation). They told her that she is gonna have to wait an hour or more, or they would have to schedule an appointment for her, but they called within 20 mins (before us). I could barely sit or stand on my feet because I was under a medication for my back pain. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. Learned a lot!

Went there due to the 25 dollar online visit advertised. One rabies shot and fecal test with no worms detected and 80 dollars later. Would have been nice had I k own the price ahead of time as I am on limited income with stage IV cancer.

I've been going to MCVH for years. They have always been good to my babies. Dr Pruitt is extremely good, helpful and she treats my babies like they are family. She is so intelligent and knows how to tell you something bad in a good way. She is so caring for her patients. I recommend her to friends. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I am very happy with her care.
