- AGAntonio GaylesOct 7, 20251.0I went in the store yesterday and I scheduled a grooming for my puppy, and the guy said that they had openings the next day from 10 until closing and when I called to come in the young lady asked what kind of dog I had and I told her and she then said that there were no openings… It kind of made me feel disappointed because I use petco for all my puppies needs… I will not be going back there…😕
- RRRenea RossonAug 18, 20251.0We had used Petco before and were satisfied; however, this time we had a different groomer (Gabby) she was rude from the very moment we walked in even though they had changed our appointment by 3 hours. I emphatically said I DID NOT want my Aussies hair cut just bath, nail trim, teeth brushing and trim his leg feathers and around his private parts and ears. Not only did she cut him after I expressed more than once, no cut but it is a chopped up mess. Well trained groomers know you should never cut an Aussies hair because it causes it to grow back course. When I stated that to her she looked at me like I had 3 heads and went ahead and did what she wanted to anyway. $115.00 later I'm highly disappointed.
