Shop was clean and tidy, animals appeared to be in good health with clean cages, and the staff appeared to enjoy being there. If I asked a question they didn't know the answer to, they would ask other staff for help. I haven't looked at the cat, dog, or other areas up close, but from across the store it seemed like they had a good selection. I was impressed to feel like in was in a boutique store while being in a chain.

I have never been to a place that refuses a dog based on their most fundamental instinct. All other places have always been trained for dealing with dogs. Very disappointing.
