Associates don't hide like most stores, address you as soon as you walk in the door, either with a greeting or an offer to help. They have been working with me for a couple of weeks to get my fish aquarium back up to par and I will say that they were very informative and saved me a few bucks in making the right decisions. I recommend 10 Stars ✨ if I could.

Unlike petSmart always saying she was to matted for a teddy bear cut despite the fact she was being groomed by them every 2weeks which leads me to this Jessica left petco a few months ago and my sweet girl has been getting the worse service ever this is the 2nd time Kyla has given my pup an horrible hair cut and again I’m hearing this matted crap WE BOTH STOOD AT THE COUNTER WHEN CHECKING MY PUP IN AND AGREED THAT SHE HAD A SPOT ON HER LEG THAT WASNT BAD AND UNDER HER ARM THAT SHE COULD WORK OUT WITH Conditioner let’s just say she shave my baby so low after me telling her not to she gave her a completely different cut from what I ask for SO UPSET I DIDNT EVEN RECOGNIZE GET IT HEN HER DAD BOUGHT HER HOME this really upsets me
