Everyone was so kind and helpful. Answered all my questions and worked with me since I had to be in class and my mom was helping with the drop off/pick up of my cat (but arrived late). They also treated my cat Jupiter like a queen and showed her lots of love- which I was so thankful for! They went above and beyond to care for Jupiter and gave me even more info/resources than I had planned for. Thank you team!

I have been taking my dog to Banfield for 13 years or so now. Wilfred has seen just about everyone there and they all seem to love him. It makes me so happy to see that they treat him as if he were their own pet. He is getting older and Dr. Hurst and Dr. Heaton both have been very honest and kind about what to do next. I think I may be over paying with the monthly payments but it makes it so much easier and I am okay paying a little more for the care he has gotten.

Came here for the first time yesterday. From the front desk staff, Jen, and Dr Vasicek the service provided exceeded my expectations :) they have a great sense of humor, and are very comfortable to talk with. My cat yowled through the whole car ride, I was prepared for kitty not to be on her best behavior but to my surprise she let them pet and hold her! And this is coming from a cat who hasn’t been socialized with others much. They really do care about their patients. This place is my new go to.

Took my dog here a while back and a man working there incorrectly diagnosed him with cancer after finding a benign lump on one of his organs. He recommended that we put him down. Thankfully, after a second opinion and surgery my dog was fine. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth, but I took my dog back to banfield for normal checkups since he had insurance here. After being prescribed medication by them my dog fell ill again and it was discovered that the medication they'd prescribed wasn't supposed to be given to him based on the medication he was already on. They'd effectively poisoned him and we only found out when we took him back when his condition didn't get better, they didn't catch the mistake themselves and he developed pancreatitis. I don't want to think about how much harm they've caused other people, and while I've had good experiences with other banfield's, I would NEVER recommend this one.

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
