  this place is ok but I haven't been here in a while now (2-3 yrs) I just get fish from here they're ok, but not the best really wish they had tangerine lyretail mollies here

  I love petco and even had been a member with them for quite a while until I went in 3 days ago with a friend to get our pet and was denied because when asked why I was i was interested in it I said my friend has one and the lady said "sorry nope can't sell to breeders" I tried explaining it was for me and that my friends was also a female she didn't listen went about our day. Too many questions are being asked that are personal as well.

  Increasingly dismissive employees and no sense of urgency even when management made aware of line over 30 minutes with 1 cashier struggling, the manager onduty unresponsive and walked around a corner to further ignore the growing line.

  I've been taking my dog Rowdy to get groomed at Petco for two years. I've never had an issue until today. His appointment was at 11 am and it normally takes an hour to groom him. I went to check on him at 1:30 and asked if he was ready and one of the groomers said we will call you when we are done. I sat in my car for 30 min and went back in and saw they were just now grooming him. Prior to that I was at the register and the women grooming my dog was paying for her dog that had just been groomed. Did he have an appointment? Did she take my dogs appointment? I have worked in customer service all my life and no explanation was given to me why it took 4 hours to groom my dog. Poor customer service. I will not be back and I will spread the word. Shame on you guys.

  My dog, Kinney, has gone here for grooming for several years now and the staff is so kind and they do a great job. When we went today, Kinney caught her claw on the crate and cracked her nail a little bit. They treated it and called me right away and even offered to pay for her to go to the vet if I wanted to have it checked out. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and it instilled my trust in them.
