Waited for two days for my Same Day delivery and still have no communication. I called customer service and was told I cant place it online but can pick it up from the store. The closest store that has the product is this store. The store that is literally 5 minutes down the road. The Same Day delivery can't get me the product that is literally 5 minutes down the road but I can go purchase it from there?! If I was not traveling for work I would have. I was not in town and one of our aquarium pump is malfunctioning so I place the order for delivery so my kids can take care of the problem. Customer service could only say that this is what the system shows. I want an answer, not a description of the computer screene. Customer service is ridiculous with this company.
