    Dr. Harvey and his team are the BEST! They did what they could to save my boy Morty. Competent, compassionate and kind. I will never forget how much they went the extra mile. Highly recommend this practice and doctor!

    Have had a series of very poor experiences with the staff being very rude. The staff seems unable to communicate amongst themselves, so if you call and ask them to reschedule or tell them you need late drop off they won't note it or tell anyone and you'll get sent away. Go to another location in middle TN, this one has disappointed every time we've had to go here over the last decade.

    I’ve been a Banfield client for over 10 years, have had Optimum Wellness Plans for my dogs, and unfortunately my most recent visit was the final straw. Administrative errors have been a constant frustration over the years, but this visit highlighted deeper issues with both communication and care. I scheduled dental cleanings for both of my dogs, only to learn during the confirmation call that only one had been booked—just one of many scheduling mistakes I’ve experienced. When I arrived, I was handed a stack of pre-authorization forms for nearly $950 worth of optional add-ons, many of which I’d never even been asked about in the past decade. It felt more like an upsell process than a focus on my dogs’ well-being. I specifically asked that all updates be directed to my contact number, yet they still called my husband —who was unavailable—with an update on my second dog, left me anxious for hours. This happens almost every visit, even though I clarify the correct contact information every single time. I received unexpected recommendations and new concerns about conditions that have been noted in my dogs’ charts since puppyhood but, according to the vet, were never reviewed. Follow-up care was pushed strongly by the doctor, yet was not scheduled by the front desk. I tried to book a virtual appointment with our long-time vet, Dr. Herman, to understand what had changed in their process, but the appointment was never actually scheduled despite being promised. I was later told he wouldn’t speak with me without specific questions in advance. Between the administrative inconsistencies, lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and the feeling of being pressured into additional charges, I no longer trust that my pets are receiving the attentive care they deserve. After a decade with Banfield, we won’t be renewing our wellness plans.

    Banfield is always on top of my pets' needs, whether keeping us on schedule with vaccines to reminding us of appointments. The staff are very friendly. Would highly recommend!!
