  Read me: Whether your current patient or planning on going here, you need to avoid these guys as they’ve really lost their way. We’ve been bringing our dogs here for six years and our one remaining dog desperately needed to be seen and they will only see her if we give her trazodone. She’s been there probably over 15 times always act a little nervous but what dog doesn’t. She has zero aggression and they admitted that but said it was basically inconvenient for them to have to do tests while she was nervous. When I told her that was not an option, they refuse to see my dog and says it’s a mandated requirement. What kind of veterinary place will not see a dog who’s sick because it’s inconvenient to them and they have some kind of new insane policies. Just imagine you’re in this position or anybody else dictating that you have to take a hard-core drug to go be seen for your sickness. It it even legal. Regardless, I would avoid these guys and there’s many other reasons to do which I’m not gonna listen to here this time. Look at this dangerous, scary dog face. You can clearly see she has a sick eye infection.

  My cat needed a Dental cleaning, which required anesthesia… It’s technically a surgery. Dr. Frautschy and staff communicated superby on what was going to happen and kept me in the loop. They always take such good care of my kitty. She goes often for nail trimming. I really appreciated their text checking on my kitty 2 days after her dental appointment. That really means a lot.! As a kitten, her blood work was off. Evidence that her diet had too much protein. The doctor recommended a specific cat food and her blood work has been normal since.

  Everyone here, from the front desk ladies to the tech and vet, were all so lovely! Very warm and welcoming! I find alot of techs and vets pushy at times, but they weren't at all. and my baby loved it as well; they made both of us feel very comfortable :) Thank you- we appreciate you!

  Took my two cats and Dr. Kincaid was so sweet one friendly. She made me feel like my girls were important

  They got me in right away to have my dog’s claw looked at when she was injured. They were very kind and reassuring!
