  I tried to return a $60 aquarium filter within a week of buying it and had my receipt. At first, the employee told me I could only return the item at the store where I bought it. That is not what the return policy says. After I showed him the company’s own policy, he changed his explanation and said they couldn’t resell it and that “the store has to take the loss.” Only after speaking with the manager and pointing out the written policy did they agree to process the refund. Then the manager told me I would probably be “flagged” if I return anything else in the future because this was considered a “high value” item. This was my first EVER return at Petco. I did get my refund in the end, but customers should not have to argue and show the store its own policy to receive a normal return. The whole situation felt like they were trying to avoid taking the loss at that location and push the return to another store instead of simply following the company’s policy.

  Amazing service by Olivia on the phone, she clearly understood what I was talking about and has immense experience (clearly) with how she handled my frustration due to an issue occurring with third party apps! She was very understanding & helped me with the problem; ultimately leading me up to a solution! She’s amazing & such a charm.

  probably one of the worst petcos in america, costumer service was horrible and let me tell yall why. i walked in the grooming salon to get my dogs nails trimmed and buffed and had a appointment at 5 and i walk in at 4:45 to get checked in and they kept saying i needed rabies shots paper for my dog when yesterday i brought them up there and they decided not to put it in the system, and then today just wanted to argue with me and my mom because they were being unprofessional and did t do their jobs, i don’t recommend this place ay all and then they decided to kick us out cause the 6:30 appointment showed up snd they kick me out because i was taking to long to get the papers from my other vet, btw its 4:55

  I was very happy that even though the weather temperature were terrible you still had my dog food well stocked..Very happy to hve a coupon to help out since things are very short financially..Thanks Love Petco 😀
