The staff are nice and seem to care, but the way they push those wellness packages is a little off putting. Plus the office visit was supposed to be free but I still spent over 100 bucks for a shot (vaccines), worn meds, and flea meds that were topical I had to put on my kitty that was only for a month and did not work at all. Before it is mentioned yes I took preventative measures first and cleaned and treated everything as well. I think they need to change the affordable advertising on their site. Also the nurse was going between my kitty and another pet at the same time and seemed really distracted. I wasn’t impressed. I got a brown paper bag with meds, her tag, and a stack of papers on things to read which I feel like I got just instructions on what to do so I paid over 100 bucks for flea meds for a month, worm meds ( probably could have got at co-op for a lot less or better meds for a lot less) and a vaccine shot. Ridiculous I think they are more concerned with money than they are the well being of our fur babies. I was considering having her spayed there but not after this. I’ll be looking for another regular vet and I’ll be taking her to PPaws to get spayed. I was really disappointed bc I was hoping this could be our place and it being in Petsmart I thought was pretty sweet. What a waste.
