  I called Vital vet clinic in a panic earlier this year because my hedgehog, Quinn, was having a prolapse. The got me in the next day and the staff were so incredibly kind. I unfortunately got the news that Quinn had cancer, but the vet and staff were amazing at communicating my options and walking me through what to do. They gave me 2 more pain free weeks with my little guy, and I got to soak in memories with him. I ended up having to put him to sleep and the staff were amazing with that too. They gave me his paw prints and some of his quills and I am so sad that I don't remember the name of this staff member but they were so amazing with Quinn and made me feel better despite the situation. I would 100% recommend this clinic to anyone with exotics. I felt like the pricing was super reasonable as well, and everybody was great.

  Very kind and friendly staff! They were able to squeeze us in same day! My cat got an abscess lanced, injected antibiotics, an xray, and two additional meds for only $260 something! That’s a great deal. I also really appreciated how great they were with communicating the steps of my cat’s care with me. The vet tech was especially a very good listener. Overall, great customer service, animal care, and pricing!

  We where there about a month ago with our black cat bear she is about 13 years old she needed some masses removed from her belly area, they removed those sent us home with pain meds, said to come back Monday for a check up we come back she's very infected they wanted to do another surgery reopen her get it all out again, BUT would only do it if we paid 524 up front!! After paying 227 for the first one!! We pay for the second one get medication and pain meds and told how to help keep her clean we even made a area in our living room to where she couldn't run around and get out, again bring her back on Monday for check up I bring her in get rudley yelled at because I didn't call so made me leave and come back Thursday for the scheduled appointment, Dr Lisa comes in and says she's still infected "where not taking proper care of her" my daughter and I where doing more than what they told us to do we could tell she was getting better because she ended up getting out of her area we made her tore part of the drainage tube, so they said we are keeping her over the weekend and walked out, I check in on her Friday she was doing good Monday Comes I ask how she is when we can come pick her up they said we sent an email was to much to text in order for us to get our cat back they wanted ANOTHER 565!! They never communicated about having to pay or we would have went a different direction on what more we needed to do at home! Cops ended up getting called because they wouldnt give us our cat. They where very unprofessional about it suck at communicating! Its not the same since doc has been there has gone down hill one thousand percent money hungry don't go here!!
