  Very upset I have been a loyal customer since like the early part of the 2000s. Bought pets, pet supplys and cages all there. From my first cat to my current hamster and headgehog. I always recommend it to my friends family ect. I will no longer be doing that. I went online to put an order in for pick up as I always do. There system canceled my order. I called no one could explain it. Acting very dumb. I asked if they could proce match they said yes. I came in and they refused to price match my discount. They told me that they only cancel orders when they dont have the items in stock. They did and they had the food waiting for me at the front. They told me they wouldnt price match and basically now i am pressured into getting the food. As a customer I did what I was supposed to do on my end but as a business you did not. I will no longer be purchasing anything from your store. I will be telling my friends and family as well. I cant believe this! I will be buying from chewy.

  Was a little disappointed in the variety of items and the price difference between online and instore and small selection of aquarium plants.

  From what I could tell, it seemed to have a lot of necessities for your basic pets fully stocked and loaded ( I didn't thoroughly check mind you ). I went in to find some things for my bearded dragon that my regular pet shop doesn't have and that I didn't trust ordering based off of pictures. I was excited to check things out since I live over 2 hours away. Since it's in a city type setting, I automatically assumed that it would have at least a little bit of everything or at least a good majority of what I might need or be looking for. Unfortunately, I was unable to find the correct bulbs I needed for my lamps ( watts and sizes ), I didn't find any hide away rocks for adult bearded dragons, I wanted to find a digital thermostat and humidity reader with no such luck ( the digital thermostats were empty and they had 1 basic thermostat left ), their food supply was crickets and mealworms ( live food ) and freeze dried/ pre prepped jar foods... Not super judging on that, but my guy does NOT touch bugs if they don't move and he likes choices... I did however, find some calcium and multivitamin powders for dusting his food in. The products they did have were for new owners, possibly buying a baby from the same store? Just my personal opinion. So for furry pet owners, it might be what you're looking for. For scaly critters, I feel they were heavily lacking ( proper lighting and fixtures, variety of decor, proper care info, etc. ) and should consider always keeping a good stock on hand whether they sell a lot regularly or not. Just in case someone like me that needs to see in person what they are getting, can actually access these necessities.
