I had a $20 bill in my pocket from earlier in the day and while I thought I grabbed my wallet while me & my dog ran out the door I did not so thinking I did I went into grab the hamster stuff and the cashier was very helpful with that I had no idea what to get...so I get up to the counter and tell her I need to run to my car quick bc I am believing I brought my wallet well I go back in & say I guess I forgot it I'll just get the food and come back for the bedding tomorrow bc they were about to close. This cashier Angel says oh no we're going to get your hamster everything tonight 🙂 She looks online finding a cheaper price on the food and she does in fact get our little hamster everything he was out of! She didn't make me feel small or like it was an issue. Great, amazing customer service! When they're willing to go out of their way it's always the best experience! 🙂
