Advanced Veterinary Hospital is a modern well equipped fully computerized veterinary hospital. We focus on providing high quality compassionate small animal medicine and surgery. Our goal is to treat your pets like the family members they are. Educating pet owners is one of our primary missions so we spend a lot of time with our owners so they can ask questions that are important to them. Most of our routine healthcare is performed in our examination rooms with the owner present so you can be part of your pet's healthcare. Our practice offers a comprehensive array of pet healthcare services from routine vaccination and parasite testing to internal medicine, hospitalization and advanced diagnostic testing. We have a state of the art surgery suite with electrosurgery and vital signs monitoring to ensure your pet's safety from routine spays to cancer surgery. They obviously love animals and what they do and it shows. Dr. G explains things in an easy to understand manner and will even show pictures from vet care books to help explain what you’re seeing on your pet. They are thoughtful and compassionate and just everything you would want in veterinary care. 10/10? No! 100/100!!! Five stars!!!

Dr Gerard is extremely skilled and doesn’t approach cases with a cookie cutter answer. You won’t find compassion like theirs at many practices. We appreciate their attention to detail and focus on the patient. I’ve seen many reviews where someone called in wanting a price....well it’s not about price....it’s about the level of care you receive....that’s why you don’t get a box answer. He’s always been willing to work within what we were able to do. All being said, they’ve been there for us for over a decade, rejoiced in our successes and grieved with us in our losses. He’s far beyond what you normally find at a general practice vet. You won’t regret becoming a client.
