  Fantastic selection of pet supplies and super friendly staff! My furry friend always gets excited when we visit, and I appreciate the knowledgeable employees who are eager to help. Plus, they have great grooming services that keep my pet looking fabulous!

  Always a pleasure going into this store. Such a friendly staff. I was able to return some dog food and replace with another with no issues.

  Lidia at the Summerville SC store is an amazing employee. She is very knowledgeable and even took the time to show us exactly how to cycle our tank and use the proper equipment. She showed us that she really cares for the animals that our being sold there and wish’s the best for them. However, the day before when we went there was a male who was the opposite and didn’t even want to assist us. He was rude to my 12 year old son. Even though he was the reason for that bad visit (by the way the fish we bought that day died because he gave us no care advice) we returned the next day. Lidia as a breath of fresh air and explained why our fish had died. Now we have a fresh tank and it is properly set up because of her and we have a lovely new thriving beta. Please give that girl a raise and a promotion because the other employees are half the employee she is.
