Despite being told the appointment would not be an issue, I arrived and was told the appointment would be an issue, despite having all relevant documentation physically in front of the manager who set the appointment. My dog spends most of his day chasing his tail, I imagine this is how the grooming staff spend their days as well. Chasing an imaginary tail, because theres no way they're working.
