I give the store 5 stars but the location is only 2 stars. Next door is a confederate memorabilia store and on the other side is a rundown apartment complex…strange area at night….

I would agree with the majority that this store in particular CARES about their animals and their people. I'm not much for big corporate however the nature of the store brings a very small town vibe with people who are very knowledgeable about pets and pet care. As someone who shops there often id say the manager makes everyone feel valued and appreciated. Thank y'all so much!

Made up a policy when I brought my dog in for grooming saying they don’t groom dogs on medication. Couldn’t lead me to the policy on their website so it’s bogus. I’m pretty sure they didn’t feel like doing their job like most businesses that offer services these days. Take your pets somewhere else to be groomed. Wish I could give negative stars because they aren’t worth the one that I had to give.

The store was clean, stocked , and warm on a cold day. I got what I needed and went to check out. There was no line. I had a pleasant young lady who asked how my day was and asked if I found all that I needed. It was a good experience.
