This banfield has been giving me problems and I am trying to find another vet. First, they do not run on time. You will have to wait half an hr if that before your taken back. Second, how in the world do you not tell people you are closed because of staffing issues? I left work early to get home to my dog to make his appointment. I get there and this sign is up saying closed because of staffing. That pissed me off because I never got a call saying you were closed! That is seriously unprofessional.

Been a patron for over 13 years with my 3 cats. Had an appt. On Saturday 8/30 @ 9:30am… (Labor Day weekend) when my husband arrived with our cat, Banfield was CLOSED! Was told by the groomer next door that the VET called out sick, so EVERYONE did not come in. NO CALL, no nothing! Today is Sept. 4. And I have NOT heard a peep from them, no reschedule, NOTHING!! $135 a month and I didn’t even get a text message… until this popped up yesterday.. should have called before this came out.. I’m Pissed!! And want answers .. before I start hitting up social media, BBB, Home office… you name it, I’ll find it and I will post it.
And DO NOT send me a link to get ahold of your”care team advocate” I better be getting a phone call personally. I do not owe you a call, YOU ARE IN THE WRONG, you call me!

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
