I bought 6 tetras, 4 sword tails, 3 snails, and 2 groumais. 3 out of my 4 sword tails have died..don't have time to return them because of work. The issue is not my tank. The tank is a 55 that is well cycled over 10 years old. Needs to check their fish. In addition the salt water selection was very low. Did not have basic clown fish.

I was new to the area when I moved here last August 2024 and had an issue with my fish aquarium. I went to Petco and this was my first interaction with a store employee named Courtney. She was patient, friendly, kind and extremely knowledgeable. She made sure that all of my questions were answered. Over a year later my aquarium cracked and I had to go buy a new one. I called the store to make sure what I needed was in stock And guess who I talked to on the phone you guessed it Courtney she was still there thank goodness. I ordered the tank online and picked it up the next day and that’s when I met Lex. She was equally as kind and answered all the questions that I had and went above and beyond and took the tank and put it in my car for me. So, If you are ever in the Spartanburg area and go into the Petco, make sure that you ask for one of them they are both amazing people. They both have restored my faith In the belief that there are still kind people in this world!!!!
