I purchased 3 fish on Saturday Dec 20, by Sunday I had Ich on several fish, I Immeadiatly treated my 55 gal tank with an Ich treatment. On Monday when I walked into the store to buy quarantine supplies I found several tanks ( the same I purchased from) cordoned off and when I questioned it, I was told it was Ich. I was also told that was "too bad" I had the parasites in my tank. After $100 in supplies to deal with this, and now 13 of my fish have succumbed from this, I would think a better response than " too bad " would be offered. At this point in time I'll not ever shop here again!!

However, after this past experience will will just go to petsmart though it’s subpar. The heavier guy in the fish department was very rude making several smart remarks to myself as well as my 5 year old daughter. I get as if he may have some disabilities or I would have had to say something. Either way, they need to find him something to do behind the scenes and not dealing directly with customers. Also spend 10 minutes trying to find someone else to help us and we did not find anyone.

I had a quick and simple return this time and it took 45 minutes and then the refund was not applied to the original form of payment which was cash they applied it to a card that was linked to my account and I have to wait 5 to 7 days for the refund actually apply. That was disappointing then I wasn't even even a receipt and it took a while for the pending refund to actually show up on my bank account. Nothing special here and I find the prices are a little high.
