First I want to say I love the grooming staff and they are excellent. My dog, Polo, love them. However, their manager Ronda has the worst attitude. Every reaction I ever had with her, she was unwelcoming. But today was the last day I will ever step in there. First she questioned the vet's note on 10/15. She stated "anyone could of wrote that". My husband even showed her the receipt that reflected the same date of the letter to confirm it can from the vet. One of the groomer's called the vet and the staff confirmed they wrote the note and he was cleared to be groomed. She wanted a letter by email which shows that she don't even trust her own staff that made the call. We rescheduled the appointment so she could wait on the email. Today 11/01, she refused my dog receiving services again claiming she never got the email but that could have been communicated prior to 11/01 so I could have contacted the vet again.
