Everytime I go, my baby Greta and I are met with a pleasant experience. My cat Greta is always fussy and agitated when being taken outside of her home, and the vet and technicians always do their best to make her comfortable and calm. Greta is my very first pet I've raised on my own, and I've learned a great deal from these professionals.

My dog had diabetes and I came here as a more affordable option. I met a doctor that informed me that she specialized in dogs with diabetes. We ended up switching my dog’s insulin to a more affordable option. I was told to go to Walmart and get the insulin which came with new syringes. Long story short I wasn’t informed on what the dosage needed to be and my dog ended up getting over the needed amount. I rushed him to this clinic where they proceeded to keep him all day and even called me back at the end of the day to tell me he was fine and how he was eating and walking around and they even cut his nails! But said they didn’t want to give him a bath due to stressing him out but cut his nails which stresses him out more than a bath would! Once I went to put my baby up he was not fine! Halfway down the road he started twitching. So I called them again and I was instructed to take him home where is would be comfortable. Once I got him home he had a seizure. I rushed him back to the clinic which I know now was my mistake. There he continue to have more seizures. The doctor Dr. white finally told me to take him to the emergency room. I did express the cost of taking him to the emergency room would be hard for me however, if my dog really needed to go or his chances of living were slim I should’ve been notified that instead I as told I could go there as a option or take him home and monitor him! Which was also written on a form that I was to give to the emergency room! My baby did not make it! He passed as soon as we got to the emergency room! I am posting this a month after the fact because I blamed myself for not doing more or demanding more information. However, diabetes for a dog is tricky and not at one moment was I informed of certain things that could’ve changed the outcome in this situation. I just want to inform others that may have dogs diagnosed with diabetes. It’s sad and unfortunate, so if I can help one person to turn around and go to an actual veterinarian instead of this clinic, I will do so! Ohhh and I still paid her $150 to keep my dog the whole day just for him to die afterwards!
