- DHDeena HeaddenApr 24, 20261.0Called ahead of time to maje sure they had super worms and if they was good bc the past couple times I have gotten them so many was dead. Anyways the guy answered the phone said yeah we have some. Told him where I was coming from and all. He said ok, not once telling me they close at 8 or anything. I get there and park hot to the door it was 8:02. Doors locked so I called and even told the manager what went on and she couldnt help me either. I mean I get they close but 8:02 and suppose to be a pet store which means to feed animals. Well mine didnt eat tonight. I even asked if I could give her 10 dollars and her just hand me the worms. I wouldn't even had to go in. ( and could have been rang up in the morning, with a note on it or something. Unfortunately she said she couldn't. I have never had to deal with anything like this at petco (besides dead worms) but im sure a manager could have helped me if they wanted to.
