  Never, ever, EVER again. My 4 Yorkies normally go a private groomer but she recently had surgery so I've been taking them to Petsmart. They had an appointment today but they were short a groomer and asked if I could reschedule so I called to see if Petco could fit them in. They said yes and I took them in at 1:15. When I take them into PetSmart they typically get all 4 in and out in 2 to 2 and 1/2 hours. I didn't walk out of Petco with my Yorkies until 6:22. Over 5 hours. To make things a million times worse, the manager was RUDE and when I finally got them and they handed me my bill, I almost PASSED OUT. For 4 full grooms at PetSmart they charge me around $240.00 depending on what package I get and keep in mind, that's for 4 FULL GROOMS. Today, only two of my Yorkies needed a full groom. The other two only needed a bath and nail trim. The total with the same customary 20% tip? $380.00!!!!!! How on EARTH can they justify charging that much for two grooms and two baths??? I will NEVER set foot in that place again. Who can AFFORD that??? They just lost a customer for LIFE.

  Had a 1230 appointment, drop my dog off 15 minutes early and was told it would be about 3 hours. Came back at 3 hour mark, told them i was back, as i was walking around the store, they brought him out to the table and started working on him. Clipping nails, cutting hair. Apparently all they did in 3 hours was give him a bath and dry him. 45 minutes later they said he was ready. Nails were clipped and his hairy paws were cut but his legs and rear end were now where near the #2 cut that i asked for, his ears were not trimmed and everything else seemed very amateurish cut. $81 and 3 hours & 45 minutes for his "grooming" was very unacceptable. IMO you should try somewhere else.

  I was able to get what I needed. However the staff had no sense of hospitality or respect. I was struggling with my dog. He had just chewed part of his lead and bent his kennel the night before. I was trying to find replacements for both but no one helped me with the xxl kennel. I had to drag it across the sales floor while holding him and a buggy. It would have been nice for someone to load it and take it to my car. Or at least help. Cause on top of everything else, any time another dog would come by he would bark. And he has a ferocious bark. He is a 9 month old 110 pound puppy. I spent over $120 and not one staff member offered to help. It was some customer. Not a happy customer!

  I went to return an unopened cat food bag. It was too late so I was offered a gift card. Instead I looked for something else which I found. The price was listed at 17.99 yet when I checked out it was &10 more. The lady at the checkout wasn’t there each time so had to call for her twice. She said there was probably another package & the price moved or something so we went to look and there were no other packages there for a higher price. So tater that get get refund it cost me $10 more for a much smaller bag of cat food. Not happy!

  It's the only store close by and my dogs must eat. The food my dogs have eaten for years suddenly is being stored improperly or something bc my dogs will not eat it even when they are starving. The flea pill cost alot and didn't work. Had to buy a topical I know works and still my dogs had fleas. Are they selling blanks. Has to be or my dogs would be sick from too much flea meds..I pray things get better fast. What a shame?
