  I checked the reviews before I called Petco for appt. Took my precious Micro Mini Goldendoodle in for grooming yesterday. 3 hrs later I received a call that she was ready. I am so disappointed in the results. She is gapped up on her ears and head. Long hair on the side of her face and long strands where she was shaved on her body. It looks like a beginner did this, but I was informed that this groomer had 8 yrs experience. On top of that with tip and all I pd $140.00. They got me this time, but never again.

  It smelled of animal urine, as we were walking in my children and I witnessed a man who let his dog urinate inside the store right at the entrance, the man then took his foot and smeared the urine across the floor and walked away. HE DIDNT EVEN LET A STORE EMPLOYEE KNOW! On the positive side they were fully stocked on items.

  If I could put zero stars I would. Was interested in a bird until I realized ALL are sick, unclipped nails, beaks are a broken mess, not one but two dead turtles in the display, floors disgusting, doors and windows are gross when you walk in. I’m just seriously confused on what these employees are doing all day? They aren’t cleaning, or caring for the animals. I mean the least they could do is scrap up some of the layers of scat in the cages. Horrifying, management/ corporate need to step in and do something, the minimum should at least be the standard.

  I got my puppies vaccinations here. I am very picky about my dogs. They are my children. I love petco. But being honest I was very nervous because it was different then going to a "traditional" vet. I got a puppy alot earlier then planned and didn't have time to find a vet so decided to try here. I got the vaccinations, microchip package, and he got his 8 weeks shot. I ended up finding a vet i liked for a full exam, but absolutely loved the vetco service. They were extremely helpful and nice, took their time and treated my puppy like family. I didnt feel rushed and they explained vaccinations and side effects. I was extremely nervous about whole thing and him having side effects, but he didnt AT ALL. Even with microchip. I can only speak on experience of vaccinations for puppy, microchip, rabies, (he got the 5 in 1) at 8, 14, 16 weeks, stool sample, wormer, flea,tick, heartworm meds. And my experience was absolutely amazing. If you are like me and have a puppy who needs his vaccinations and dont want to miss the "window" id definitely take them here!
