BE CAREFUL WITH THE MONTHY PLANS. When you want to end your plan they will still charge you for one year even if you no longer use the services!!!!!! If your budget gets tight and you need to end the BANFIELD care you will owe more than just paying the full year. This is a true review as I just got off the phone with them. Service is not worth what you are charged. My dog has not been there in eight months and I have four months left on my year so they want to charge me $900 whereas if I just paid the four months it would be 260 WHAT A RACKET!!!!!!!

While the Banfield office is first class the program is very disappointing. We had taken our cat there for 10 years until our cat passed away. When I called to cancel the program I was informed that I had to continue to pay for another 5 months or pay a large lump sum. Our cat had not had any expensive procedures or anything like that it had just gotten old. So I am now paying for their service on a dead cat!

My wife and I had heard so many great things about Banfield as far as the care and attention they give patients and their family. We experienced just that, care and immediate attention for Jackie O, and this is what we searched for and found. Thank You to all the staff we have had the pleasure of meeting.

Lulu is a true asset to this facility. She took great care of my cat, Birdie. My cat was not happy but I could hear Lulu through the door calming her.

Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
