The other employees acted quickly to take care of their teammate and call for professional medical assistance. They also then completed my order (which was complex due to an email issue on my end). Throughout the situation the entire staff proved to be genuinely kind-hearted human beings and also true professionals. I'm very confident in this location's staff to help me with my future pet needs. It was a bizarre situation for all involved I think, but I can't imagine anyone handling it better than they did.
