It's a shame it's so difficult to find such a caring and capable groomer. - GVGerald VernoOct 24, 20253.0We originally had an appointment on Monday Oct 20 and because I gave our pupply a calming tablet, they would not do her grooming, which after it was explained, we understood and rescheduled on Wed Oct 22. When we got there, we explained what we wanted, since this was the first grooming she had, and was told they would do the best they could but couldn't guarantee anything. We were told it would be between and hour and two hours. After three hours, we were told they couldn't groom her because she was too anxious and they couldn't and was told us what our bill was. After discussion it was determined that the bill would be reduced because they couldn't fullfill the contract (which we appreciated) and that we only had to pay for the bath, having her nails and face done, however; after getting her home, we found that her face wasn't completely done and her nails were still too long. We will take her back however; it will be scheduled with the manager. The staff was pleasant (we don't want to get it wrong that they weren't) but we feel our puppy was just having a problem and wasn't comfortable.
