I had accidentally chosen the wrong pickup location and Reese found a solution for me that I was able to leave with my tank. He had exceptional customer service. I also had a great experience with the guy with reddish hair (I didn't catch his name) that helped us buy plants and loaded my tank into my car. I will seek out these employees for help the next time I am in the store.

My husband asked a guy that works there, Dakota (white man with long blond hair) to let me see the ferret and he let us know the ferret bites and was returned to the store because of aggression. We told him never mind and asked him to help us out with the lizards…the employees response? “You know this isn’t a petting zoo, right? And I’m busy”. Walked away after that and watched him go ask another shopper (who was white unlike my husband) if they needed help seeing an animal. Shameful and unprofessional. Definitely won’t put my money into a corporation that feels secure employing racist people like that.
