My boyfriend arrived at 12:23 and had to wait to locate a staff member to talk to, once he did a few minutes had passed and they told him they had checked him in at 12:29 (gave him attitude about it) and said they no longer could honor the appointment because they had lunch break at 12:30. Why would you offer appointments at 12:25-12:30 if that time isn’t available? I was on the phone for the whole time so i heard everything they treated him like he was stupid. Once i get exact employees names and seek more information i’m going to see if calling a corporate or customer service number to report will be necessary. These people do not care about your time, business or most importantly your pets.

I believe they have inexperienced & lazy workers and should Not advertise Grooming If Their Staff Is Not Trained to Do So! Very Poor Service & I Won't go back or recommend Petco to anyone!!

We had run out of our fur baby's food and found wonderful alternatives to feed her. Since we were on vacation, getting something that she would eat and like was important. We found her new favorite brand in the fridge isle (Freshpet).
