  Everyone is very nice here. However, I do wish they did actual appointment times. Everytime I’ve gone I’m told I have to drop off my cat at 8 am and cannot be with her in the room. She winds up waiting in a room for hours before she is seen which gives her severe anxiety. Please change back to regular appointment times. It makes it very difficult to do anything else for the whole day because I’m just waiting for a call.

  Mars Corporation has ruined the great care and customer service that Banfield offered. Now it is totally profit driven. We did not have a vet at our local Banfield for almost a year and had to drive 35 mins to get to another location. Making an appointment there was weeks out. Now everything is an upsell. I had been using Banfield for almost 20 years - Mars has ruined a good thing!

  Banfield is really great! Ive been bringing my puppy here for almost 6 months now and its just a really good place. At this location the staff are all so wonderful and nice and loving. The receptionists are always calm and collected, even when there's a ton of people picking up or dropping off pets. They also act super excited with the animals and give treats when they take them back to the exam rooms so my dog loves them 😄 I haven't gotten the chance to meet the vets face to face because of covid but over the phone my vet is so so so incredibly nice, patient, and informative, and I can really tell that she loves my dog and probably will love your dog too. In general, Banfield has really good prices. With their optimum wellness plan you get a bunch of things included (you can check on their website). If your dog is less than 6 months like mine was, they have puppy plans which are almost the same but you get more fecal exams and dewormings, and you get a free DNA test! The DNA test is really great they test for over 150 disease causing mutations so you can keep an eye out for conditions your dog may be prone to developing. Its also fun to see what kind of mutt your pup is 😁 What I like the most is that you can chat online with a vet if you have a minor concern and you don't wanna bring your pet in to the office just yet, and the people there will follow up! Overall, this is a really good choice if you're looking for a good vet to come to regularly. I highly recommend them!
