Everyone is very nice here. However, I do wish they did actual appointment times. Everytime I’ve gone I’m told I have to drop off my cat at 8 am and cannot be with her in the room. She winds up waiting in a room for hours before she is seen which gives her severe anxiety. Please change back to regular appointment times. It makes it very difficult to do anything else for the whole day because I’m just waiting for a call.

Horrible experience so far. There are different vets every time I go, that is if there is even a vet there. They canceled my appointment the night before after I’ve already gotten off work. I have been in there with the SAME skin issue for my dog for months and they have been absolutely no help, I’ve spent close to $1,000 without any fix to my problem. I went in 3 weeks ago and they told me nothing was wrong with him, I bring him back because they’re obviously wrong and he is not okay. I make the fastest appointment which is 4 days later with a different vet at banfield and he has an ear infection and $400 worth of medications and things. So one vet said he’s fine the next thinks he needs $400 in meds. Something isn’t right. Still no real solutions for my ongoing issue. I am very upset I wasted any time or money with these people. They are beyond bad at what they do and obviously do not care for you or your animals. Do not make my mistake and get scammed on buying the puppy plan. They will just do a horrible job and you’ll be forced to spend money at a REAL vet .

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
What kind of appointment do I have?
• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
