Millie’s had a cut on her back, she was supposed to be trimmed and was shaved( she DID NOT have any matting, I made sure of that) and she smelled like she did when we dropped her off. (Dirty dog smell). We were asked to tip BEFORE we say Millie, that is the only reason the groomer got a tip. Very disappointing
