If I could give a 0 star, I would. It’s taken me 2.5 years to write this review because I was so devastated at how they destroyed my dog’s coat. He is a double coated cocker spaniel/lab mix. I took him to get groomed May 2023. When I dropped him off, I explained I wanted a short trim (NOT SHAVED). And showed a picture of what he usually gets done. When I picked him up 8 hours later, he was shaved to the skin. 1) double coats should NOT be shaved 2) no dog should be shaved unless explicitly stated they want to be shaved. When I called them about this (because I was so distraught when I picked him up I couldn’t even form a sentence) they told me “when people ask for it short they usually mean shaved”. WHAT?! Don’t you think you might want to clarify that BEFORE you shave someone’s dog. In no world would I EVER want my dog shaved. I have told countless people to stay away from this grooming service. And I will continue to do so. I have attached pictures of before the grooming and after. My dog has just now grown all of his fur back, over 2.5 years later. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GROOMER UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR DOG’S FUR DESTROYED

Boarded my two shepherds for a long weekend and they were obviously well treated and happy. The grooming on the long haired when I went to pick him up was great.

My Aussie is the most challenging dog, but your team is the only team in the area that didn't turn me down and helped me (got the job done ). I appreciate your extremely hard work and willingness to help me. You are true professionals and are real support to your clients. Again thank you for not only making my Mav so clean and pretty but also for welcoming us back after getting to know him the 1st time. Sincerely,
A
