- RMRobert McCombOct 31, 20251.0It wouldn't let me leave a 0 star. It's not a 1 star rating. This was my second time taking our standard poodle "Oscar" to this place. The first time they didn't even touch his ears (inside or out). So when I dropped him off at 8:30am I asked them to please make sure that it was done. "No problem" said the young lady at the counter, and she wrote it down with the other request I had as far as the length and style. I called at 1 pm and they said he was on the table but not done yet and that it would be another hour or two. I called at 4 and I was told that he wasn't done yet, that he was drying off and that they didn't blow dry. I was concerned about him being there for almost 8 hours and was told that I could get him but he was wet. When I arrived at 4:30, nothing from his neck up was done. Not even his ears. When I let them know of my displeasure of the service, I was told, " I told you he wasn't done." I then told her to take my money. Thankfully, she said she didn't want it. When I got him home I found a few places on him where there are thicker/longer hair spots and his feet are even done. I wished there was a way to put a picture up to show you. He was so thirsty it was like he hadn't had any water and pooped as soon as he got in the back yard. So, if you want to leave your dog at this place all day and get crappy service, be my quest. I won't be going back.
