- SMSusanna McdanielMar 28, 20261.0Went to Petco after taking the entire day to pick a guinea pig for my daughter as a reward for doing somthing really big (no details because it’s a private matter). we arrived just to be turned away because the employee “didn’t have time to help us” and he wasn’t “dealing with guinea pigs tonight, just come back tomorrow”. I can understand to an extent because of the time we were there (10 mins before close) but the way he delivered his information was very rude and extremely disrespectful. Especially with my children present. Very dissapointed and we left with my 5 year old in tears. Will not shop here again.
