    We usually go to another location but we needed to get a wash and my dog a haircut and this location was the only one that had an available appointment at short notice. Which I appreciate From afar I thought my dogs hair cut was good until we got home there were areas that were uneven/ long random pieces. He was shaved down short which was fine, but the random long pieces ;no!! Also please don’t look at customers walking in with discuss on your face. The young lady who checked us out was a doll I wish I could remember her name.

    Professional, yet personal. Understanding when I went to the Irmo store rather than the Lexington store so I was 15 min late. It was Christmas Eve so only 2.5 hrs was time from drop off to pick up was fantastic. Miss Rue looked amazing. She turned heads in the store. Job well done.
