They quickly set me up for an appointment after my dog, Asher had leg pain. The staff was very friendly and explained everything. Asher took well to them even though they were strangers. They gave me meds and it was inexpensive. It was $81 for his exam and $88 for his meds. I will definitely be bringing all my dogs here! This office was amazing!

Was able to choose fish except not knowledgeably, knowing that some fish should not live with other fish, but we were still sold them together and one of them started eating the other one. And when I called the Petco To inform them of this , they told me I should have done my reserch before purchasing the fish...

A sales associate named Sherry asked for my ID after she proceeded to pick up my pre-ordered dog food behind a cabinet which was also located behind the register. Sherry then proceeded to try to conjure up an excuse as to the reason why she felt the need to ask for my ID, perhaps out of guilt, knowing that such an inquiry would be deemed inappropriate when she never asked for my phone number and/or order number; which of course is to be expected when picking up my dog’s food from Petco. Sherry claimed that people steal orders often from their store, to which is an internal issue, not the customers; if employees are providing pre-purchased items to the wrong customer without asking for their order number and/or phone number. Otherwise, requesting a customer’s ID is invasive and inappropriate when picking up pre-purchased items from Petco. This is not the first time I have ordered and picked up my dog’s food from this location, but unfortunately it is the first time I’ve had to leave a review regarding a sales associates’ discriminatory actions and behavior at a Petco location. This sort of behavior will unfortunately continue to persist if individuals like Sherry are not properly vetted before and after hiring someone to serve customers. It starts at the top.
