I got so fed up that I ended up taking my pup to PetSmart on Rea Road and was insanely impressed with how smooth and flawless the process was for such a simple service. If you plan on coming here for a nail trim, beware. You might want to “call ahead” as the Petco employee stated - as their advertised “walk ins welcome for nail trimming” rarely applies.

Every time I go to this Petco all corners, aisles, and wall sections remain perpetually clogged with stacks of random boxes, random carts full of stuff (used cups, stickers, random items), and odd floor messes. Doesn’t matter what time of day or week day, this store is always an absolute mess. Despite all of the apparent merchandise in boxes everywhere, tons of merchandise is out of stock. Employees are clueless about merchandise. Recent trips here have resulted in no purchases. Chewy is significantly cheaper and keeps products in stock. Cat products are not organized. Bird products are nonexistent overall, especially nonexistent for mainstream birds. Fish sections are messy. Front section is just as messy. Whoever’s ordering pet products really needs to understand what people want for their pets.
