- AAApolloFeb 28, 20261.0I recently went to this store and one of the hamsters plastic hide had condensation and mold growing in and on it from the hamsters urine. I pointed it out to the workers to clean that out. The amount of mold and condensation is not something that would form in one day. It is already disappointing seeing the lack of proper care for the rodents and small animals but this was disgusting.

The cashier shakes her head and says, “No, no we are not doing any crickets right now, I’m the only one here and we shouldn’t even be open.” Well there was another employee in the grooming area and they were open. It’s snowing, it’s not the end of the world and it’s not even bad outside, they had literally just opened. Completely rude and it’s just laziness, unprofessional.
