- BLBrandon LanceMar 24, 20231.0Booked an appointment online...was told they needed a 48 hour notice if I was gonna cancel...they called me in less than 24 and stated if I can't bring my pet in 2 hours before scheduled appointment I would have to reschedule ...when asked if I could get a small discount for the inconvenience...groomer tiara was very rude in saying no...just a reschedule...when I inquired about whether they routinely cancel set appointments she became very aggressive and hung up on me when I asked for a manager...I wouldn't trust this.location with my pet
- CIClarence Helton IIIApr 11, 20211.0My daughter wanted to pet a Guinea pig planing on getting one for her once her mom and step dad gets a place we’re they can have pets and I keep reptiles so I can’t have one but to say they only get them out to pet and hold if you plan to buy one today is just wrong if your customer service is only to make a sale that day then I don’t think that’s right and I don’t believe I’ll be getting it from this store once I do the cashier was nice but the other lady on the sales floor not so much
