- JJJyneriaNov 17, 20252.0I called Mon, Nov 17th at 10:12 am to get answer on whether eye discharge/boogies are normal for young kittens. I was very respectful. when I called a woman picked up I told her that I had recently found a kitten a week ago and that I wasn't very knowledgeable about them. That the kitten had eye discharge. Her response was " Ok....." now I'm trying to get her to engage so I asked her if it's something that is a normal problem. She then respond with her voice in a sharp and defensive tone "Well this is a PET STORE not a vet, There's nothing we can do to help here!" When really, if I wanted her to fix it I would've made a vet appointment ( which I had already done that) but the dont have any openings today so I was just checking in with people who are waaay knowledgeable (Or so I thought) about domestic animals without doing home remedies from Google. I've been going here for years for my dog and I've never dealt with such blatant disrespect and dismissive behavior.I'm very disappointed and put off by this experience. If you can't be Hospitable at the very least stay off the phone maybe, that would be very helpful 🙂 P.S the 2nd star Is me still having hope because this is a first 😅
