The emplyees were so so rude to me and other family members and were not accommodating whatsoever. I would not recomment this place to anyone due to the horrible costumer service. If they hire poeple who are going to treat paying customers the way they did, I know they will not be kind or respectful of animals. They should not be getting anyones support.

I took her name from my other belated favorite cat ever, Fizz Bit. Thank you Petco for sharing your beautiful kittens and cats for feline lovers like myself.

I called the store and spoke to Jacob, and he was understanding and let me know that I can bring in the remainder of the dog food and exchange it for a different brand as I didn’t want to purchase Purina again (after looking into Purina, I noticed that these occurrences are a little too often…). When I arrived to the store, Liam was helping me and showed me some high quality dog food recommendations that aren’t Purina. I cannot believe that I found bugs in my pups food but I am so thankful that the Petco team especially Jacob and Liam for helping me through the exchange!
