She is condescending and pretends to know more than she does. I will pay 10-20% more at any other pet store to not interact with your “manager”. There is a very nice, well kept, and professional pet store just 5 minutes from cherrydale right beside Publix that you should check out if you hate garbage pet stores like Petco.

My husband and I are very sensitive to scented products, but they refused to use my unscented soap even though they said they would, and my dog came home smelling strongly. I would definitely not recommend Petco for your dog's grooming needs. Terrible on all counts.
