I took my dog in for a few reasons. His penis was staying out which I understand can be very serious. I also took him in because he’s losing his hair. Also, his behavior has changed. All I got out of the visit was vaccinations. They took its blood, but both times I was there the machine for testing the blood was broken. That said that the. problem was normal?? I don’t think it’s normal for an I don’t think it’s normal for a dog to suddenly start losing his hair. Also they said his penis was OK and put it back in. It’s still out it stays out. I’m very frustrated and have no answers. I signed up for the $40 a month program which I’m thinking of canceling. My poor dog is still suffering.

I was charged $256 for my appointment. I than decided I wanted to join the wellness plan. I was charged for that as well. I was told I could not get my $256 back or have it applied towards payment for the wellness plan. Basically I was robbed of my money and will not be going back . Now they want to put it on my credit report. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Not to mention you can’t go into the room when they examine your pet. I don’t know what the did to her.
