- LTLisa TarrantDec 29, 20251.0I was charged $256 for my appointment. I than decided I wanted to join the wellness plan. I was charged for that as well. I was told I could not get my $256 back or have it applied towards payment for the wellness plan. Basically I was robbed of my money and will not be going back . Now they want to put it on my credit report. I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Not to mention you can’t go into the room when they examine your pet. I don’t know what the did to her.

- SCShelby CollinsOct 18, 20255.0I normally take my 3yo cat to Banfield in Easley, but when he had blood tinted urine overnight… I needed to schedule an emergency appointment asap and Banfield on Lauren’s was the soonest place that could get us in for an “in office” appt. I only do in office, unless they need him all day (for dental cleanings etc) because I don’t like to stress him out more than needed. I showed up at our time, we were helped quickly. The staff was kind, I was clearly distraught with worry about my cat. The front office staff kept me updated often and they got him urine tested and helped quickly. They gave me different options on how to proceed and did not push the most expensive option. They provided me with some antibiotics and pain meds since he had no stones and his urine was not tinted when they sampled. He’s been doing much better! I’m very grateful for this location being able to see us so quickly and for being so kind.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

• In-room appointments: You and your pet visit the vet together. Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time
• Drop-off appointments: If you have a drop-off appointment, we will communicate a time to drop off your pet. Keep your phone nearby and we’ll call you when your pet is ready for pickup.
• Optimum Wellness Plans® Virtual Visits: If you have an Optimum Wellness Plan and scheduled a Virtual Visit, you’ll save valuable time and get quality care from the comfort of your home.
