I normally take my 3yo cat to Banfield in Easley, but when he had blood tinted urine overnight… I needed to schedule an emergency appointment asap and Banfield on Lauren’s was the soonest place that could get us in for an “in office” appt. I only do in office, unless they need him all day (for dental cleanings etc) because I don’t like to stress him out more than needed. I showed up at our time, we were helped quickly. The staff was kind, I was clearly distraught with worry about my cat. The front office staff kept me updated often and they got him urine tested and helped quickly. They gave me different options on how to proceed and did not push the most expensive option. They provided me with some antibiotics and pain meds since he had no stones and his urine was not tinted when they sampled. He’s been doing much better! I’m very grateful for this location being able to see us so quickly and for being so kind.

Three months. Three months I've been waiting for Trupanion to receive records from this Banfield location. I became a Banfield customer in 2016. This location is the reason I no longer am. It's a shame what Laurens Road has become over the last five years. We went through one year straight of misdiagnosing our dog through the various Doctors who enter and exit the clinic.
