    We had a scheduled appt to.drop off my cat who was a regular here. Our gabapentin was expired and I told stafd this when I made the appt. They said no worries, shes a drop off so.we'll.medocate her when she comes in and we'll get her taken care of. When I.came in to.drop her off, they could not find her appt. I showed them my reminder text AND email I.got from them and they were still baffled. The receptionist went to the back to see.of they could "fit her in". She came back out and asked of she had had her meds and I said "no, see the notes in the appt email? Ours was expired and you said then drop her off and youd medicate her." She said "OH no then we need to reschedule, we have no time for waiting for the meds to kick in." I said dont worry about rescheduling and walked out. We have now switched to Five Forks Vet. You should do the same.

    Every member of the staff was so kind! My dog struggles with anxiety at the vet and having a vet inside a pet store has been so helpful for her, we love being able to pick up her a treat or toy to celebrate! Dr. Brick and Ashley took time to get to know my dog and made her as comfortable as possible. It made a huge difference for my dog but also as a pet parent to know the staff cared and treated my scared pup with understanding and kindness. They also accept Care Credit which is a huge bonus. We will for sure be returning for all future vet needs!

    We took our beloved dog to Dr. Brick to be compassionately euthanized. Dr. Brick was so caring, kind and reassuring. She gave us as much time as we needed. Her compassion and professionalism were such a comfort to us as we said goodbye to our sweet boy.

    If I could give negative stars... They neutered my kitten on Wednesday. He was lethargic and coughing when I picked him up. He could barely move on Saturday. I called them with my concerns. They offered to see him- on WEDNESDAY the following week!!! I took him to Urgent Vet on Haywood Rd. His temp was 106. His respiratory rate was 90! She gave him 2 injections to calm him and had me take him to the Emergency Vet 5 minutes away. She was concerned that taking xrays would stress him too much. He has pneumonia! After receiving IV antibiotics and 2 days of antibiotics at home, he seems to be feeling a bit better. I will NEVER bring another pet or any other animal into Banfield-FOR ANYTHING!!!
